Very poor service and quality of repair. I took my Google Pixel 9 Pro in for a repair after the screen suddenly went black and became unresponsive. I returned two hours later, and they said they had replaced the screen with a new one for $399 CAD. The screen worked fine, but it was glued poorly; there is a significant gap at the bottom where moisture could get in over time. When I complained, they told me not to come back again. I am very dissatisfied with the repair.

Brought in an iPad with a loose charging port that would only charge on an angle. The woman explained they could clean it out and would likely fix the issue for $40. I came back an hour later and she showed me a picture on her phone taken of my iPad charging and said it was fixed. When I asked to plug it in myself to double check, of course it didn’t work. Brought my son's phone to this business due to screen issue and was covered by warranty. Jasmine received the phone and processed us speedily and fixed the screen in the shortest time possible. Good service. Highly recommended.
