The best service ever received! Koodos to Nivas and Bala. IPhone was Water damaged and had it replaced with a new phone, staff helped with the transmission of data without any charge with the broke screen of my old phone! Could not thank them more!
Visited the store at Devonshire Mall. Bala and Nivas were so welcoming and professional. They were able to repair my charging port super fast. There are other stores in the mall that provide this service. This was my first experience with this store and because of the quality of service and exceptional staff I am coming back.

Didn't pickup the call when I called 5 times and when I got there, they asked me to book an appointment on call before coming in?!!
