Had confusion with Asurion, they canceled my repair when Klinik had the screen replacement for my z6 fold front screen, I showed up and the staff prioritized my repair 3hrs..so happy to report..Mobile klinik at chinook took care of me...so appreciate the staff..well done
Bad experience here
My Samsung S24 needed a warranty repair, so I took it to Mobile Klinik at Chinook Mall. All I can say, is that I was blown away by the level of service and courtesy. Simran took care of me. He's very knowledgeable and is expert certified. He's also very nice guy. I heartily recommend Mobile Klinik Chinook. 5 STARS ALL DAY!!!

Service is fine, however they didn't inform me my phone was finished. I had to call and check on it to find out it had been finished 3 hours previously and they just decided not to call me. The technician just went home without letting me know I could pick up the phone.
