Safiq helped me put on a screen protector and he did a great job. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. The customer service was exceptional and he made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciate the help ☺️
I had a phone screen repaired at Mobile Klinik at Chinook Centre and paid $140 for the repair. Shortly after, while the phone was sitting untouched on a table with no damage or impact, the screen suddenly turned completely black. I returned to the store to explain the issue and asked for the screen to be replaced, as it was clearly defective. Such helpful staff! I walked in and was warmly greeted by a wonderful employee. The manager was incredibly kind and even gave me a double discount on top of the one the employee had already applied. He noticed what was going on and stepped in to help right away. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be returning!
