Incredible service. Went in about a swelling battery for my phone and couldn't be happier with the service! Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.
Weirdo with the blue hair Jordan quoted me 60$ for battery replacement then tried to charge me closer to 100$ when I went in. Despite confirming the price and part availability multiple times beforehand, he blamed me. Offering low-quality accessories as an apology didn’t help. Unprofessional, disrespectful experience overall. I wouldn’t trust this individual near your personal information/property.

I took my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 to Mobile Klinik (Masonville Place, London) on September 9th, 2025, for a manufacturer warranty repair on the folding screen defect. The in-store technician performed a visual inspection and gave me the explicit assurance that the service would be covered at no cost under warranty. However, the store proceeded to install a new screen, once repairs had been completed, asking me if I had been given a quoted price.
