Absolute pain to deal with. I had the misfortune of being required to go through them for my pixel 8’s screen repair as google’s own extended-warranty repairs are only done by them, and not only did they never make an attempt to contact me when the replacement screen showed up, they also never contacted me when the repair was completed. And to top it all off, the screen they replaced it with now lacks consistent input (most actions require multiple taps) AND SOMEHOW, THEY COVERED THE FRONT CAMERA INTERNALLY, RENDERING IT USE... read more
