I am absolutely blown away by their customer service! I recently inquired about changing my battery on my 14 Pro Max, and changing the housing. I went in today to ask if it was in, and they told me that they ordered a like-new 14 Pro Max in purple at no extra cost, since it was the colour I originally wanted but they didn’t have at the time of purchase. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back to update my device when my current phone needs replacing. Thanks again!
