I have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes and have yet to be acknowledged. There have been the same 2 people in front of me the entire time. Update - i waited 40min to be told that the screen protector i was sold as “lifetime warranty” would cost $25 to replace. I went upstairs to Mobile Care and they replaced jt in 5min for $22. I would highly recommend Mobile Care, they are so friendly and the service is 100 times faster
