Amazing staff and service.
Once you get an appointment, you can't cancel it from the confirmation email. when I asked the lady to cancel it, she went quiet! I wonder why! Also, when they call to confirm, they inform you that they will keep your phone for upto 4 hours! really? I'll pass.
I had my screen replaced on a Google Pixel 8 Pro. The repair was $450 after tax, which is very expensive but this is the only authorized Google repair center. After a few weeks I noticed dust accumulating under the front camera which means the job was not done properly. It's not sealed. I came back and they were going to charge me to clean it. We had an issue with water damage to our iphone screen. Ansh was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Him and the others replaced our screen in a timely manner while giving us the best deal possible. Highly recommend coming here
I went to this store with a lot of questions about my phone. I’m so glad that I went to the right place as not only the technicians explained to me everything in detail but also repaired it to my satisfaction.Special mention to Ansh and the wonderful girl at the desk who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made me at ease right from the start .
