I had a great experience even though I didn't know I needed to go online to make a claim for my phone they were very helpful for me. The women who helped me was kind and polite. The manager was also very helpful. I will be back here for my phone needs!
The staff are good. Reapiars are quick and so are warranty repairs. The loaner phones for warranty repairs are just terrible though. Screens don't work properly. Phone on last legs.
