I had an absolutely excellent experience here and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My Google Pixel screen was broken, and they were able to repair it incredibly quickly using an original Google replacement screen. Above and beyond! I chose this location because they are an authorized service partner for Google, and I needed a screen replacement for my Pixel 9 Pro. Leaving your phone for repair can usually make you feel anxious since you cannot see what is happening. However, at this branch, they did the entire repair right in front of me! I had a great experience at Mobile Kilinik. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Komal assisted me throughout the process and was very kind, helpful, and attentive. She made everything easy and ensured I was well taken care of. I highly recommend Mobile Kilinik for their outstanding customer service.
Took in my phone to get the screen replaced as it had burnt out, said they had to order the screen as it's an older model and that it'll take 1 week. It's been 7 weeks and I still have had no call, and my phone hasn't been fixed. Cherry on top is when I call the store, it goes to voicemail
We had a great experience recently at Mobile Klinik with Ashif and Massi who were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We had a phone that was submerged underwater which we were extremely worried about losing all the data. Fortunately, Massi was very knowledgeable and did such a great job repairing and restoring the phone that we were able to retrieve everything safely!
