Jaten saved me today, he is the best. He helped me with fixing my Google pixel 8 phone today as I needed to fix it urgently and return it to my operator. He did it quickly and I could return my phone on time with no penalty. I appreciate his exceptional customer service!
Made an appointment. It was confirmed. Show up and they tell me to come back next week. Could have just not accepted the appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service. How is this the only repair place Telus will send me to?!?
Came in on Friday evening for a battery replacement for my Pixel 6a since they are authorized for Google pixel repairs. The manager was about to leave so Jatin, the technician, would be alone to man the store as well as do my repair. Amazingly he was able to finish the work in one hour. I really appreciate the courteous and professional service l received from Jatin. Great job!
Went to get my phone repaired after the USB c port somehow became loose. The staff was super nice and friendly. He told me that he'll do a bit of cleaning before replacing anything. He told me that it would take about 30 minutes, but was done after 10. He told me the problem was my phone was dirty and the dust caused the port to loosen. I normally don't tip but this guy deserves it. Definitely recommend.
Do people here ever pick up the phone? I tried calling them at different time of the day, including shortly after opening but no one has ever picked up my call. I have tried calling for a few days. Last time I was here the person was too caught up with talking to his friends and didn't seem to care that I was waiting for over half an hour. His colleague had to rush through clients so he could help me out.
