I was having issues with my charge port on my Pixel. It needed a cleaning and wasn't something I was comfortable doing myself. Less than 5min with the tech and my phone was back to day one condition. A couple other folks were helped out while I wes waiting and the service was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate using them again, service was great, both helpful and efficient.
I had them replace my battery on my iPhone in May. Right when I picked it up they couldn’t get the battery health & charging feature to work (they said this was unusual). It is stuck saying unverified. Not long after, the battery started depleting quickly. Now in the beginning of August the battery doesn’t even last 6 hours with maybe an hour of use off of a full charge.
Do not waste your time coming here if you need an extended warranty repair for a Google Pixel phone. This location no longer performs Google Pixel screen replacements under the extended warranty. I was told they stopped doing them "three days ago". What's even more frustrating is that this location is still listed on Google's website as an authorized repair center.
