Dropped off a relitives olde phone for a battery replacement. Not being an apple person there was some trust involved. Very quick turn around, decent price and the phone didn't miss a beat, thanks 2024 update great service continues when olde phone transfer process hiccup occurred and was resolved professionally and quickly. Thanks again Although a repete visit to sort a s24 ultra network issue with Samsung approval yielded 0 insight and a diff "tech" denied diagnosing the issue despite Samsung assurance.... 3 stars
Good working with you guys at Mobile Klinik
I needed the battery in Google Pixel 7 replaced. I read all the reviews and these guys seemed good. Unfortunately that is not case. They told me they ordered the battery and it would take 4 or 5 days, A week later I called and was told it would take about a week to get the battery. Another 10 days and no word from them. I stopped by the booth and was told it was ordered and had not arrived yet. After the 3 attempts I figured they don't want business so I gave up.
