I first came in to Mobile Klinik when my daughter's phone battery swelled up after the phone was accidentally dropped. The amazing staff at Mobile Klinik had a new battery ordered and repaired the problem at an amazing cost and in a very fast timeframe. The communication and full disclosure as to what they could do but if there were more issues, what it could cost and take in time was very reassuring. Excellent customer service. Mehak was very knowledgeable about both repairs and sales options and current promotions I brought in both of my kids phones in need of repairs and she was very patient with me and explained all the options of either repairing or replacing each phone and helped me decide the best and most affordable solution. I would give her 10 stars!!+
I received great service today from Mehak and Mobile Klinik Sherwood Park. Not only did they have the part I needed in stock, (when other locations didn't), but Mehak was able to quickly repair my phone and get me on my way. I was impressed!
Could have easily screwed me on a repair, but they didn't! Very pleased with honest and credible service.
