First advised over phone I was covered by warranty, then upon arriving informed a woman staff member I have appointment to which she seemed bewildered but checked thier system and returned to say my warrenty had expired. No problem. I attempted to ask this person a question. However, she couldn't answer a simple question about products and services they offer, stating she can't answer because she is simple!
