Good customer service, I thank Rhea for repairing my phone.
Poor service, poor support. I Called ahead and was told they would be able to repair my phone. I arrived, and after 30 mins of waiting they looked at my phone and said they cant do anything. Then they proceeded to tell me that their manager should never have said they can fix it. Also that they are short staffed and they just wont be able to do anything. They told me to try again in 3 months or so. I had two phones. A Pixel 9 Pro Fold and a Pixel 10 Pro XL. They told me that they would add a note to my IMEI number saying the... read more
