I recently got a newer phone because my previous one was basically kaput, lol. I also switched to a new provider but I could only receive certain calls and I couldn't make or receive any texts. The representative who helped me is named Kay. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and even spoke with a customer service agent of the new provider on my behalf which saved me a lot of headache. Now the issue has been solved, and I can receive any call, and make/send texts. Thanks a lot, my dude! It is greatly appreciated!
