Had a bad experience getting a phone here. I bought a phone and asked them to transfer over from my old phone and at first was told “no we don’t do that”. But I know they do because I called the day before and asked. After I mentioned that the answer was “well ya we can but it’ll take a couple hours”. They are very helpful!! They assessed what was wrong and fixed it!! But what's even better they didn't charge anything. They truly cares!
They did a fantastic job, sorting out the warranty work. Explained everything and made sure everything was understood before completing any work required.
