Went in for a cheap mobile plan but ended up getting dragged into a second hand phone plan! The phone had many issues. I had to go back to get it replaced! They did not even have anything right away and told me they will call me back when the phone arrives! No one called for over 10 days! I ended up calling them and eventually got the phone exchanged! Went in to get my charging port replaced but missed the warranty cutoff. When i spoke to Amit, he was able to get it covered by the manufacturer warranty. He was very knowledgeable and up front with potential issues. Great job!!
Just had another amazing experience, with the people at Mobile Klinik. Whaen I got there Amit greeted me with such great energy, and immediately I felt very welcome. Bought a phone online. IPhone has been defective from the start, the screen keeps acting up. My husband cracked the back of the screen with their “protective” cases they sell in the $99 warranty, and they told us it voids our warranty for the phone automatically the phone motherboard & screen is corrupt which is an issue on them. We are basically SOL. Do not buy a phone from here, they fix defective phones and have no remorse in repairing or replacing phones. You will end up with the same issue we had. Tried to bring our phones for screen replacement. The guy that was serving us sounded so lazy, even making sighing noises like he doesn't want to get them fixed or whatever.
