Went in for a cheap mobile plan but ended up getting dragged into a second hand phone plan! The phone had many issues. I had to go back to get it replaced! They did not even have anything right away and told me they will call me back when the phone arrives! No one called for over 10 days! I ended up calling them and eventually got the phone exchanged! I can't recommend these guys enough. Liam was the technician that helped me. I damaged the screen of my phone such that you could view it but it would not accept inputs. I purchased a new phone but needed to transfer my data, some of which is not backed up due to security reasons. As the screen was damaged I couldn't use the usual Google data transfer method. Truly incompetent, and awful experience. Took a month to get a scheduled appointment. When I show up to the appointment they have ordered the wrong screen. An absolute nightmare to deal with and absolutely no effort to resolve an issue they created. I recommend this place only if you want to waste your time and money. Truly useless.
I set up and appointment two days prior to going in to the store for iphone battery replacement and to diagnose why the phone wont charge. Spoke to them on the phone the morning of the appointment regarding getting an apple original battery replacement. I was told that the replacement would take 2 hours and that they have the required battery for the phone in stock, so I could come in that evening. Incredibly impressed with Sukh at Mobile Klinik. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned the charging port on my Samsung S23 Ultra at no charge. I saw the certification on their wall for Apple and Samsung. And that 10-minute visit built a lot of trust. I will not hesitate to take my phone there for anything big or small.
