Brought my brand new Samsung device in for a inner screen repair, Samsung told me this was covered under warranty. Was told by the manager Liam that it would be covered by warranty again. Waited over a month for parts that I was told would ship in 2 weeks, when I brought the phone in to be repaired I was told I would not be warrantied by Samsung. I’ve been a loyal Mobial Klinic customer for years and have bought several phones here after bad experiences buying used ones elsewhere. I even paid extra for their protection plan to cover screen replacements. When my screen finally broke, the staff were polite and didn’t try to deny the warranty — but that’s where the positives end. They told me it would take over a month to repair my phone. That’s ridiculous for a simple screen replacement, especially when the part was already in stock. Incredibly weird place, don't recommend. Bought the charger from them 1,5 months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. I took the charger back. No, there's no returns, no there's no exchanges, I could buy another charger again, with no guarantees, no return policies, no exchanges. Yes, problem may be with my phone, but maybe not, she doesn't know, yes, she can take the phone to do repairs, no there's will be no guarantee on that repair. Went in for a cheap mobile plan but ended up getting dragged into a second hand phone plan! The phone had many issues. I had to go back to get it replaced! They did not even have anything right away and told me they will call me back when the phone arrives! No one called for over 10 days! I ended up calling them and eventually got the phone exchanged!
