I’ve been a loyal Mobial Klinic customer for years and have bought several phones here after bad experiences buying used ones elsewhere. I even paid extra for their protection plan to cover screen replacements. When my screen finally broke, the staff were polite and didn’t try to deny the warranty — but that’s where the positives end. They told me it would take over a month to repair my phone. That’s ridiculous for a simple screen replacement, especially when the part was already in stock. Great great service!! Two wonderful experiences! I had a younger friend who was new to Canada and was not able to get a contract but they came up with a creative solution to make it happen and recently I had my charging port a bit dirty and they cleaned it with no charge! Outstanding service!
Went in for a cheap mobile plan but ended up getting dragged into a second hand phone plan! The phone had many issues. I had to go back to get it replaced! They did not even have anything right away and told me they will call me back when the phone arrives! No one called for over 10 days! I ended up calling them and eventually got the phone exchanged! I had taken my phone in to have my screen replaced. I was told possibly one week maybe two, it was done the next day! Great job! They know their stuff, and don’t promise anything that’s impossible!
On vacation & in a panic because my phone had dropped in the lake and started having issues. Kerr fixed everything and said she even stayed late to make sure the cameras on my phone were fixed so I wouldn’t have to spend heaps to fix them! I am very very grateful for her! Was told it would be 24 hours. I dropped it off at 2pm and picked it up the next day around 11:30/12! Thank you!
