I was having trouble with my Apple EarBuds. They had been back and forth to the apple store several times but after a short time they stopped working. The tech at Apple Support couldn't help me and set up an appointment with Mobile Kangaroo, Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He ran a diagnostic and found the problem, cleaned the connections and they are working now. He also showed me what to do. Because I have had so much trouble with them, he didn't charge me.
