Honestly, I had doubts about going, but I truly recommend him. 1000% this place is the best, and I recommend Ted. He is very kind and attentive. Very professional and efficient end-to-end process and service. They are an Apple authorized service provider and use genuine Apple parts. Might be a little more costly than a big box retailer, but they’re quick and provide a more personal experience. Also, it’s good to support a local small business. Highly recommend!
