A few days ago 5/26/2026 I had the Kangaroo store in San Mateo CA repair my phone. The work done resolved all issues. The manager/repair person diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and did the installation was professional, knowledgeable, capable and simply a nice guy. Also recommend Kangaroo for phones no longer supported by google.
I highly recommend them! 100%! I recently bought my current computer, a Mac M5, directly from the Apple Store. However, I had an accident on my way home that badly damaged the computer. I took it to the Mobile Kangaroo store in San Mateo, and they welcomed me warmly. Right away, I left the computer there for repair under the AppleCare process. "I was lost, then I was found". Everything and I do mean everything was on my phone 📱. Work, memory's, contacts of friends, future ambitions. Ted went above and beyond. 4 am. Sunday morning the scene on my phone goes out, Nothing 📵, nada. But it still works I hear my alarms ⏰️, phone calls 📞, texts, emails, I can't answer them without a screen.
