I’ve been to Kangaroo iPhone Fix in San Mateo multiple times now—for my Apple Watch, iPhone, and even MacBook issues—and every time they’ve gone above and beyond. Very professional and efficient end-to-end process and service. They are an Apple authorized service provider and use genuine Apple parts. Might be a little more costly than a big box retailer, but they’re quick and provide a more personal experience. Also, it’s good to support a local small business. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Mobile Kangoroo! Teddy is was very friendly, professional and experienced. He put me in ease by providing me with good advice and options on how to fix my old MacBook Pro. The turn around time is fast and easy. The price is fair. Definitely recommend him to anyone.
I scheduled a battery replacement, waited for my appointment time and then they said they didn’t have any batteries in stock. Seriously. I then went to the Apple Store and obviously there was no problem. The moral of this story is to go to the Apple Store. Don’t bother with someone who can’t do the most basic thing needed to even be on par with what Apple does. Not worth the headache.
