"I was lost, then I was found". Everything and I do mean everything was on my phone 📱. Work, memory's, contacts of friends, future ambitions. Ted went above and beyond. 4 am. I went to Mobile Kangaroo, located in San Mateo, and my experience was the best. Ted, who treated me like the best in the world! If I could rate Ted from 1 to 10, it would be 1000. Honestly, I had doubts about going, but I truly recommend him. 1000% this place is the best, and I recommend Ted. He is very kind and attentive. He answers all your questions and tells you everything honestly. The best thing about this place is that there are no lines, which is the best. Thanks Ted for your help and blessings!

I’ve been to Kangaroo iPhone Fix in San Mateo multiple times now—for my Apple Watch, iPhone, and even MacBook issues—and every time they’ve gone above and beyond. Very professional and efficient end-to-end process and service. They are an Apple authorized service provider and use genuine Apple parts. Might be a little more costly than a big box retailer, but they’re quick and provide a more personal experience. Also, it’s good to support a local small business. Highly recommend!
