I took my iPhone to get repaired for a cracked screen. Told me it would be $29 when I get there they want to charge me over $300 I told him to change my screen back to my old one because I was not going to pay that much! they changed it back and returned it with a nonworking face recognition! Spoke with apple care and went into apple store to see if they could help, they told me to take it back to Kangaroo Repair since they meat up phone, took phone back to them to get it fixed because no one else wanted to touch my phone an... read more

We are very pleased with the Mobile Kangaroo service. They took care of our 2015 MacBook problems without any problem. Appointment was easy to make, and we received great quality service. We prefer Mobile Kangaroo over the Apple Genius Bar in the downtown Plaza. We definitely recommend Mobile Kangaroo to anyone.

I took my I-pad in to to have the screen unfrozen and was informed there was nothing that could be done he informed me that he would be happy to sell me another for$ 275.00 . I walked out and made an appointment with Apple at the mall the next day I went in to the Genius bar and the technician showed me how to press two button's simultaneously and the screen was unfrozen . The fourth street mobile kangaroo dealer is a Hustler don't go there !
