Big red flag - NoN genuine parts, poor workmanship and dodgy warranty claim Issues when I got my screen replacement done 1. They claim they use Samsung kit but the replacement screen is no where even 50% close the quality of the original screen 2. The volume keys stopped working - they said it's the glue spill when they replaced the screen which would have likely caused it. Promised to fix it. I had the screen replaced on my Samsung s21 ultra for about $400, when I got the phone back, I later discovered that the front camera had been filled with dust, under the screen. When I brought it in to them, it was outside warranty, so hat's off to them they had a go at cleaning it anyway, which didn't work. They told me that they would replace the camera for $90, but they never called me back when it was in stock. Payed way to much for my phone screen to be fixed only for it to glitch out and not work in spots when I called them they couldn’t fit me in for a week for it to be fixed again so I went elsewhere and yet again payed MORE money for it to be fixed.phone charging port is loose and won’t hold a charger without being propped up.nice lady served me but go somewhere else if your looking for reliable and quality service.
