Big red flag - NoN genuine parts, poor workmanship and dodgy warranty claim Issues when I got my screen replacement done 1. They claim they use Samsung kit but the replacement screen is no where even 50% close the quality of the original screen 2. The volume keys stopped working - they said it's the glue spill when they replaced the screen which would have likely caused it. Promised to fix it. After a week of wait, false claims that they updated us on the part readiness, the volume up button still needs a hard push to operat... read more

I had the screen replaced on my Samsung s21 ultra for about $400, when I got the phone back, I later discovered that the front camera had been filled with dust, under the screen. When I brought it in to them, it was outside warranty, so hat's off to them they had a go at cleaning it anyway, which didn't work. They told me that they would replace the camera for $90, but they never called me back when it was in stock.
