I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max to this kiosk for a battery replacement. When I first approached the kiosk, I asked if they could replace the battery. The attendant inspected my phone, noticed the cracked rear glass, and assured me it wasn't a problem. She said she could replace the battery only, and it would take around 45 minutes. After paying and collecting my phone, I immediately noticed it was rapidly overheating, becoming extremely sluggish, and was almost unusable. Brian fixed my phone for free! All that was wrong was a loose LCD connection, but every other store wanted $250 to replace the screen so data recovery could be done. Brian was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Extremely happy with the repair, especially this close to Christmas and after having to replace my phone. Very glad I haven't lost all my photos. Thank you very much Brian! Merry Christmas

Absolutely worst customer service ever Called the number on the receipt to explain my touch screen was not responding Lady. ( who was nice and helpful) Told me to go to branch in kotara At kotara branch It all went to ………. She started I didn’t spoke to you it’s not from here Then she said it was dirty and needed to clean screen And when that was not working my receipt Was 7 months and not 6 months so no warranty, I don’t mind to have a generic brand but spending $280.00 on something That doesn’t last 7 months is a rip off Do... read more
