Booked an appointment online 2 days prior. When arrived, the lady on the counter told me that they don’t have needed part (battery) for my device. What is the point of having an option to schedule online if you are not prepared for them?

I got a phone case, a screen protector, and a camera case. The phone and screen protector were really great, but the camera case was really bad. It fell off 2 hours after buying it. Do not recommend
