Great experience, the card long & short form was sent to me in digital format immediately following the exam, along with a link to self certify online without me having to physically go into the DMV. The physical was quick and the examiner was able to meet me in between appointments at a building I was at for only 2 hours. I was able to go about my day and get the dot physical completed on the fly with very little interruption to my day. I would highly recommend this mobile service.
Hussain was very thorough, kind, and pleasant to talk to. It was convenient for him to come to my home for the physical. Didn't have to waste time in a care station or doctors office. I highly recommend Hussain for DOT physicals.
