I brought a party speaker my girlfriend brought another to Mach we was told when purchased that they were the same when we got it home it was completely different to the other my girlfriend ask for a refund and was told once it’s left the store no refund or credit notes we have to keep it trading standards have been informed steer clear
I had my phone battery done here twice first time was 6 months ago then about 2 months in it went wrong battery was fully flat after 2 months then was told I had to pay for a new one so I did and now 3 and a half months later same thing I call up and get told you get 30 days parts warranty terrible shop terrible service avoid I’m sorry new battery’s do not break that fast
