I received a text message at 9:30 PM yesterday. Dana asked if I was available for a sellers side purchase with scan back and also provide an additional witness as needed to sign as well. I am a TIPIC in the state of Maryland. My price to print the documents (2) copies one to sign and one for the seller. Dana Harper secured my services on May 24, 2023 to perform a closing and scan the documents to the title company, which I did. As of today, July 10, 2023, I have been waiting more than 45 days for payment. I would caution any notary who she contacts for the purpose of doing closings for her to get paid in advance.
