Outstanding Service! Although there was a minor miscommunication on both ends, he went above and beyond to make things right—even taking the time at 8:00 PM to locate a screen that fit my phone. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched. While he’s no longer mobile, you can conveniently drop your phone off at his residence, and the repair takes approximately 25 minutes while you wait outside. The pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommended for quality, speed, and exceptional customer care!
So my phones microphone went out yesterday, couldn’t call beforehand for an appointment. Showed up randomly and he didn’t mind at all. Unfortunately my phone is old so I have to replace it. But he still did a little touch and go. Outstanding customer service and amazing prices.. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks again-Destinee
It literally took 15min for him to replace my daughters iphone screen and since we made the trip to him, he put a screen protector on there for free. Such a cool guy!! Definitely recommend!!
Chris saved my phone! Best cell phone repair service I’ve ever experienced. Great price, and he’s quick and knowledgeable with years of experience fixing phones. When the first screen started glitching, he overnighted a new screen immediately and installed it the very next day that I was available. 10/10 would recommend!
