I was helped by a representative at Edmonton Southgate to pick out a case for new ipad air. He didn't have one specifically for it but assured me that the older version would fit perfectly they were the same size. I asked "if I take it home and it doesn't work, can I bring it back" Answer "yes of course, no problem" Well, it didn't fit well and there was a problem returning it. I brought my phone here on July 19 for a screen repair, but after their service, my phone became worse — it often won’t turn on, and the screen shows severe glitches. The staff, Abdul, did not keep his promised times and even changed his explanation from a “screen problem” to a “software problem,” which makes me doubt their honesty and skills.
