I am writing this review regarding an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience I had at Mobile Klinik at Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna, BC while processing an Asurion warranty repair for my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Invoice #285-9871). I initially visited the location after booking online through the warranty process. I went there for fixing my iPhone 15pro Display and they only charge me just 180$ for a OLED display Oh thats really cheap I didn’t expected this much less For a new screen apple offered it for more than 600$ for fixing I feel these guys are really very cheap And the staff was also very friendly with me additionally they installed a screen protector also I used there display till a month now still working perfectly Thank you mobile care you guys are the best
The back glass and camera on my iPhone 15 was shattered and I went to the Mobile Care stand, and they fixed it quickly and at a price that was lower than I was quoted for at Mobile Klinik. They did a great job.
No refunds given and can only get a credit for 7 days on phone cases. No respect for the customer at all. Case is poor quality. Never again
So grateful to the wonderful staff at Mobile Care for helping me with a phone issue no one else would. They were professional, courteous, personable and worked quickly. Will absolutely be using them again for anything phone related.
