Very poor customer service and zero responsibility for their products. I bought a screen protector which got cracked within week of normal use. ( it was premium quality according to them)And this happened twice to me. Very rude, unprofessional and spoke in dismissive tone. Wont buy anything from there and not even recommending anyone.
I visited Mobile Care for a glass screen protector for my phone. Although the technician realized the only protector he had was not the correct size, he was very transparent about it. He installed it anyway, explaining it would protect my screen temporarily, and charged me nothing under their customer satisfaction guarantee. While I didn't get the correct product, I appreciate his honesty and the excellent customer service for providing a free temporary solution.
