This review is about the manager of the store on the ground floor just after the Walmart. I brought in my tablet on a Saturday to change the battery and he told me he would have it done "Tuesday". The following day, Sunday, I happened to come to the mall again so I dropped by "just in case" and he reiterated that the tablet would be ready Tuesday. No problem! I had a horrible experience here. Do not waste your time coming there to get a screen replaced or any kind of service. I brought my S23ultra screen to be replaced Saturday because of the bring it back program with telus. I asked for the proper screen where the guy refused and kept saying all I needed was a LCD screen which I repeatedly said I rather pay extra for thr proper screen. Had my screen and back fixed which seemed fine until I realized that they completely messed up the battery and my phone died at 25% and drains insanely fast and my screen no longer scans for anything. Cost me way too much. Be careful about this place and go to a professional Apple Store.
