I had a very disappointing experience at Mobile Care Carrefour Laval. I purchased a tempered glass, but when I tried to return it without opening it and 10 minutes later, I was informed that their return policy would not allow it. This is unacceptable, especially for a product that I had not even used! Moreover, I found out that the price I paid was nearly triple what other retailers were charging for the same product.
