Ils ont changé la batterie et l’ecran sur un de mes Iphone. Pour une raison X, le telephone ne fonctionnait plus après l’intervention. Ils ont essayé de reparer le problème mais en vain. Au debut il ne viulait pas vraiment m’aider mais apres avoir eu une argumentation assez musclée avec eux.. Ils m’ont donné un autre telephone. Alors voilà, ils sont correct mais il faut être prudent.
Since Mobile Care (Carrefour Laval) replaced the battery of my iPhone SE2, my iPhone hangs intermittently. Extremely annoying. Without my consent they installed a generic (non Apple) battery as shown in my settings as follows: IMPORTANT BATTERY MESSAGE Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Details from this battery may not be accurate. Very disappointing. I will need to have this bad new battery replaced again with a genuine Apple battery… I will not ever go back to Mobile Care for anything.
