Very disappointing experience. We specifically asked for a paper-feel/paper-like screen protector, but the employee didn’t seem to know what that was and kept trying to sell us a regular screen protector instead. When we decided not to buy it because it wasn’t what we were looking for, he became upset and was very rude to us. A customer should not be treated poorly simply because they choose not to purchase the wrong product. Poor customer service and lack of product knowledge.
Worst store ever. Went there didn’t get my phone fixed and the worker yelled at me even though I was just asking questions and never fixed my phone. He also didn’t put it back right and I had to go to another store to get it fixed.
