I visited Mobile Campus in Engadine today around 2:30 pm with a charging issue I had caused myself. I wasn’t sure if I had broken the charging port or just bent the pins. I spoke to Hadi at the front counter, and he kindly offered to take a look, asking for just 20 minutes. After checking it out, he told me I had only bent the pins and didn’t need to replace the port. Absolutely appalling. Charging $200 for a phone replacement the first time I needed my screen replaced when my grandfather went in to fix it then charging my father who went in to fix it the second time $180. Money grabbers. Not only that but both times my screen has popped off the frame of my phone without any tampering or harm. This is the second time this has happened to me from this store.
