Smooth relaxing ride, but expensive. Check the Facebook site for schedule updates. It does save time as the ride is shorter than driving around the bay. Had to wait on the pay booth operator She went awol for about 20 minutes. Traffic was backed up on the road. The booth operator was a little snarky as well. We had cash and she said that she could not make change, exact change only. Even though we witnessed her give the car in front of us change back. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!
