I'm going to be honest. I didn't care too much for the intake team or customer service reps. However, you don't have to deal with them too much throughout the process. Mike Nix is the reason for my 5 stars. He's the lead driver and he will take meticulous care of your container. He is also a master at delivery and pickup with no inconvenience to the customer. Our contact at Mobile Attic was great. Got a container in our driveway THE NEXT DAY!! Our house address is difficult to locate but the driver got it there and facing the right way in no time! Great dealing with you guys!

We are very pleased with the customer service we received while working with Mobile Attic. All of our stuff that was packed arrived unbroken and handled with care. We would definitely utilize Mobile Attic and would recommend them to anyone.

Mobile Attic was great. They were the lowest price and I compared about 5 companies with promo codes etc. They also are responsive and communicate well. The driver Mike placed the unit EXACTLY where we asked for it and pick up was on time and they call ahead twice to check on the time etc. Only thing to remember is to notify them 7 days ahead of pick up. Also requested final invoice and they had it within an hour. Wish all companies operated this way. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to anyone.

We used The Mobile Attic for a move. They were so nice and helpful. The driver even helped me move heavy stuff when he came to pick up the containers.
