The worst service I ever received in my adult life, took my laptop for repairs, for nearly 6 months I kept asking for feedback and it was excuses upon excuses, in all of this they never reached out to give updates I had to keep calling and visiting the shop for update and feedback. After almost 6 months I was told they couldn’t find my laptop. I was then offered a senseless and irrelevant discount of getting another laptop from them . This man is a genius. Unbelievable work, went to 3 different stores including the Apple Store to attempt to get my computer fixed, nobody could do it. Apple referred me to a data saving company and asked in excess of £1,500 to recover my data and my computer experienced water damage. I took it to this store as a last resort, and to my amazement, the next morning I received a call telling me that the computer was fixed. Thoroughly recommend, truly professional service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS doesn’t deserve one star Awful service, awful customer service. Extremely rude whenever I tried to ask for an update on my macbook. After 5 weeks all they had done was open up the laptop, and then proceeded to charge me £50 at a ‘student discount rate’. Technician was very aggressive over the phone when I asked what exactly had he worked on my laptop and proceeded to say that i have wasted his time and i don’t need a laptop when i’m sat at home

Was told they would phone with a quote to fix ipad next day. I stressed 3x not to fix before a quote. 11 days later after much chasing by me and no calls from them, they did phone. Quote was £80-£100 and already being fixed. They insisted on cash as they have a £50 credit card limit. Would not provide VAT number as presumably don't have one for the latter reason. £100 paid in the end. AVOID.
