Pat was very aggressive and combative. After “measuring my ramp with his foot” he refused to try to deliver my packages, and left.
Today our business experienced the pleasure of receiving a delivery brought by your driver Kenneth. This man, this gentleman, came with the greatest attitude, demeanor, smile and personality we have seen in a very long time. He emanated warmth and kindness from the moment the truck door opened. This man changed the attitude of our facility within minutes, enough so that we called his office to accentuate his awesome demeanor.
