Pat was very aggressive and combative. After “measuring my ramp with his foot” he refused to try to deliver my packages, and left.
Today our business experienced the pleasure of receiving a delivery brought by your driver Kenneth. This man, this gentleman, came with the greatest attitude, demeanor, smile and personality we have seen in a very long time. He emanated warmth and kindness from the moment the truck door opened. This man changed the attitude of our facility within minutes, enough so that we called his office to accentuate his awesome demeanor. Sexy ass drivers
Dispatcher is clueless.
Stayed home all day on date of scheduled delivery as Mobile Transport would not give a window for delivery. “Driver will call 30 minutes prior to arrival” 9 hours of waiting - NO SHOW. When I called Mobile Transport. “We rescheduled you to another day. We called you this morning”. Complete lie !!!!! I carried my phone with me all day. $6000 item and I paid $900 shipping. Mobile Transport is the worst. Believe all the terrible reviews -
