Unprofessional, avoidant, and disrespectful. I began the process of filling my income taxes with Rodger in May. He indicated it would be done in three weeks. It is now three months later and they are not complete. He stopped answering my phone calls for weeks leaving me unable to file elsewhere as I had no clue if they were filed or not.
