Worker was very kind and helpful in repairing my phone screen. Brought my phone to him due to faceID not working, and he was able to fix it very quickly. Other repair places in the mall said there was nothing they could do and tried to sell me a new phone and plan, but the worker here (who’s name I cannot remember unfortunately) knew what to do. Thank you so much

Got 2 $20 screen protectors for 2 phones, same phones, same screen protector. Mine chipped and cracked within a few days. Brought it back to get a new one. At first they said no, then changed their mind (which I was thankful for, but realized later they used a smaller size). Then the new one chipped and cracked before the end of the day! Cheapest quality, average prices. Shopped here against my better judgment.
