One of the worst places to bring your phone for repair. Do not under any circumstances trust Mobilcare with your device — consider this a fair warning. I’ve had to return twice for issues with my son’s phone screen. Instead of properly replacing it, they reused a damaged, warped screen, and now the phone no longer works. When we brought it back, they refused to take responsibility, claiming it was “physical damage.” That is completely false. Excellent service! My iPhone battery died and I took it in to be repaired. The person was very helpful and told me that it was an easy fix and I could get my phone back the next day. Not only was the person knowledgeable but very professional as well. I will definitely be taking my devices there for future repairs.
