I had a great experience at MobilCare. I originally went in to get the screen fixed on my iPhone 11, but because the first device had water damage, they were able to swap the screen over to another iPhone 11 for me. I’m really satisfied with the service, they were helpful, professional, and made sure I walked out with a working phone. Definitely recommend them if you need fast and reliable repairs!
The screen replacement for the Apple iPad 9th Generation was done very well and the display now looks clear with smooth touch response. Overall, it feels like a new device and works perfectly.

Dropped my phone in the snow and afterwards wouldn't play sound and couldn't watch videos or take videos. So more than just bad speakers. Brought my phone and told it was going to be a couple days. Got a call and was told it was going to have to go to the lab for repairs, approx 1 week timeline. Called them after that and told there was going to be another week because of a shipping delay.
