Very disappointing experience. I sent multiple emails over several months and received no response. For a legal service, timely communication and keeping clients informed are extremely important. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that there was adequate communication throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to others who expect responsive and reliable communication.
I highly recommend Elham Moaveni\. She is an excellent lawyer who is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her clients.
