My family has had Erin do our taxes for years now. And she has always been very difficult to deal with. She does stuff on her own terms and talks to you as if she is better than you. I have contacted the head office and reported her behaviour as I believe she needs to understand how she treat certain people is extremely wrong and very unprofessional.
