We are finding a new accountant for next year. They over charge on everything. Cant even ask a simple question without my account having a charge. They messed up twice and still charged us. They forgot to file our taxes and was served a hefty penalty cause they took a loooong time. Highly recomend if your a business, not to use them.
Can't get ahold of anyone. They won't call you! Not until the last minute when they tack on a bunch of interest. You send tax info in and the office people don't communicate to each other so you can never figure our where or who has your papers! Never use them again
Called and nobody picked up got told to hit zero for reception only option they had and you be forwarded to reception I did it 5 times never brought me anywhere. Only kept restarting message.
