Once we sent all of our business info, we never got a call or email back, left multiple emails and voicemails, even spoke to someone to let her know to give us a call back and still nothing. It's been almost a year.

I referred a friend to get help with his finances and he applied to get a consolidation. They took all his personal information, all his last tax report, his debts, personal banks accounts and never called back. It's been months now. He called. Left messages. Went to MNP to request a call back. Nothing. Terrible !!! Wish I never referred him to MNP!
