If I could rate a 0, I would . I am not pleased with the services received by MNP at all . My advisor J.N from the Newfoundland office was non communicative, unprofessional and full of excuses. I had to chase him for answers about the status of my taxes. Deadlines were long overdue and yet I received no response or updates , even after I explicitly expressed concerns about the delay and lack communication. Former client of MNP. For a period of approximately 8 years I did not operate my business. Upon reopening my business, I had to file some missed years. After 10 months of more phone calls and emails than I wish to count, with one of the partners trying to get them to file my taxes and get my account up to date, I had to inform them that I would like to leave and go with a different firm.
