MNP prepared my personal income tax, made a mistake when they submitted it to the CRA. A simple mistake that no accountant should have made. When I finally found out what was going on and contacted them about it, they really didn't care and said they would help only if I agreed to get them do my next year's taxes and charge me again. Went to a few places looking for assistance with the insurmountable debt I was dealing with and I was always sent away without much guidance. I was eventually referred to Marcie Jiwa by a friend and after dealing with her, I can see why. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered whatever questions I had.
