I walked into MNP and half filled out their form only to state that I didn't want to do my taxes yet because I had a property sale and other complications. Having never done my taxes before they then send out a phishing email which I electronicly sign under the influence thinking it was something else I was waiting for. They went ahead and did my taxes which I now have to pay for again to have done. They are unprofessional and this practice should not be done by a place that does your taxes. They send phishing emails to get you to sign off on them doing your taxes and don't even ask for proper info. Unprofessional at best.
Terrible rude employee . Don’t go here unless you want to be treated with the upmost disrespect.
