Disappointed with our experience. Our invoice for services had $250 worth of charges that had not been discussed, for an item entitled "Additional fee: disability tax credit, questions, submission, etc." We were well informed of the fee for service for Benita doing our 2023 tax return, but this was a surprise. When I inquired about the charges, I was told that it was for advice regarding how to fill out my TD1 (which was not what the invoice referred to at all).
