We used Alycia Calkins for a preliminary meeting and while we didn’t end up needing mnps services she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and definitely set us in the right direction! Would highly recommend her services.
Did the job but it took them 8 weeks when they said it would only take 3. I was constantly having to email them, complete lack of communication on their end, and then I kept getting the run around. Told they were completed, not completed, servers down, servers back up etc etc. It was just a mess. And then it took an entire week at the end for them to fix a simple mistake. They came highly recommended so I have to say I was extremely disappointed. To note, we were in there 2 weeks before any of the covid closures happened. Fo... read more

Emma was absolutely wonderful! She saved my skin forsure now I’m making small monthly payments and am going to be paid off in no time :) so grateful I didn’t have to claim bankruptcy and am building my credit again!! Long story but I came from owning my own home at 23 to literally having zero credit due to the increase in living in the Okanagan and a few bad spouts of luck!
