Very unprofessional, non responsive and difficult to deal with. Would not recommend for any small business looking for accounting.
EDIT: Four months later nothing has been done and no one has contacted me. I emailed as instructed and am truly not surprised, given my experience there. When I was preparing to leave town, I was doing my last tax return signing with my accountant at MNP, Lindsay Hendy. He questioned me on my plans for the next few years, which included a move back to Fort McMurray. He discovered that he would be retiring before my return and went forward with telling me I was the worst client he ever had, without elaborating. You can imagin... read more
